What are your opening hours?
Itzel comes alive Thursday to Saturday, 11pm to 3.30am. Special openings are announced across our website and social channels.
Where do I find you?
15 Berkeley street, W1J 8DY – in the heart of Mayfair.
Is there an age restriction?
Yes. Itzel operates a strict 18+ policy. Valid physical photo ID is required for entry.
What music do you play?
The Moon Room moves to a house-led sound, while the main room embraces a more hip-hop, eclectic, crowd-led energy – both carried by our resident DJs alongside internationally recognised headline artists and guest selectors.
Is there an entry fee if I’m on the guestlist?
Yes. A door charge applies to guestlist guests, varying by night, event, and time of arrival.
What is your dress code?
Itzel calls for elegance with edge. Sportswear, hoodies, shorts, and activewear aren’t permitted. Come dressed to match the world you’re stepping into.
Do you have a door policy?
Yes. Entry is shaped by our dress code, house standards, and the discretion of our team – all in service of the experience.
Can I book a table?
Yes. Table reservations include entry for your confirmed party and a hosted experience throughout the evening. Additional guests may affect minimum spend. Contact reservations@itzelclub.com
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving before midnight, as entry and flow may shift later in the night.
Do you accept cash and card?
Yes, all major debit cards, credit cards, and cash are accepted.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry isn’t guaranteed and remains at the door’s discretion.
Do you offer private hire?

Do you have a cloakroom?
